Registration Form Options
The following optional elements can be specified at the time a Player is registered:
- Regular League Membership
- Payment of a $2.00 fee enrolls parents as "Regular Members" of the league. This membership gives you voting privileges at the Annual Meeting.
- Volunteers
- North Bothell Little League needs adult volunteers for all levels of team activity. We need team parents, coaches, umpires and help with the fields. Circle the item on the registration form that you are willing to help with.
Refund Policy
We will offer a 75% of registration fee refund if the player withdrawals before the first practice. We will offer a 50% of registration fee refund if the player withdrawals after attending the first practice. There will be no refunds offered after the season starts (first game).

Registration scholarships or modified fees are available following the same guidelines as the meal assistance program at the Northshore School District.
